All of the below Catering Packages & Pricing (see page 3 for A la Carte Pricing) is based on parties of 60-120 people.
Catering packages include high quality black paper products, napkins, plastic flatware, garbage cans, grill (when necessary), kitchen tent and buffet tables. Serving is done buffet style with hot pans and a table covering.
One to four chefs and/or servers present for a 2-2 ½ hour serve time.
For Parties 30-60 persons add $3.00 per person
For Parties 120-200 persons subtract $1.00 per person
For Parties 200-350 persons subtract $2.00 per person

For insurance purposes a liability waiver will need to be signed if you will be serving dishes aside from HOT RODS package items at your event. It is necessary to add travel fees of $25 per 10 miles for locations outside a 25 mile radius of HOT RODS REAL PIT BBQ for events under $2000.00

A La Carte Service Options

Hot Rods offers the following options for your convenience
2.5% DISCOUNT FOR ALL CATERING ORDERS PAID WITH CASH

SET UP: $85 includes delivery of your order (within a 25 mile radius) one person to set up your buffet with a plastic table covering (6ft – 8ft table required on site) and all serving utensils and chafing pan holders which will be left with you for future use. If you would like that person to stay and serve your buffet for you there is an additional $25 per hour.

Delivery Only: $50 for locations within a 25 mile radius and based on driver availability An additional travel fee of $25 for locations outside 50 mile radius of HOT RODS BBQ Large pick up orders require 7 day call ahead to ensure availability. We do accept credit cards however there is a 2.5% service fee. Add 7% sales Tax to all pricing.
